How do I join Ruff Rewards?
It's easy — just create an account on our website and you’ll automatically be enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop and interact with us:
- 1 points for every £1 spent
- 100 points on your dog’s birthday
- 25 points for following us on Instagram
- 500 points for each successful referral
How much are my points worth?
Every 500 points = £5 off your next order.
1000 points = £10 off your next order

How do referrals work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, you’ll earn 500 points.
Can I redeem points and use a discount code at the same time?
Most of the time, yes! But some promotions may not combine with points — we’ll always make this clear at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Just log in to your Ruff Retreat account and click on the Rewards tab. You’ll see your points balance, rewards history, and referral link.
How do birthday points work?
Enter your dog’s birthday when you sign up or in your account settings. On their special day, you’ll receive 100 points to celebrate!
Do my points expire?
Your points remain active as long as you make a purchase within 12 months. We'll send a reminder before anything expires.
Can I use my points in the grooming salon?
Ruff Rewards is currently exclusive to online purchases.
